Development of production line

Semiautomatic production machine GBM for completion of carbon holders. Output of the production machine are completed carbon holders, which are then soldered and measured in another machine. This production machine is made of 16 independent stations (positions) where each station has it's own computer control system.


Production line control system
Investor: Wood Pellet s.r.o. SK

Set of switchboards to control huge production line of wooden pellets. Complete power is 250kW. There were realized 3 production lines with this customer. Switchboards control drying process, crushing, granulating process and final cooling of pellets.




Development and production of single purpose machine
Investor: TNS Slušovice

TNS15 - is semiautomatic machine for integration of small springs to carbon holders of electrical DC engines. The machine inserts 3 springs into carbon holders and closes the holders. The machine operation staff only inserts and removes the plastic carbon holders. The springs are distributed via vibrating containers. Together with springs are there inserted also special circles blocking the carbon from removal.


Development and production of single purpose tester
Investor: TNS Slušovice

This is a tester of electronic DC engines Ducato . The tester measures complete electronic equipment of the DC engine. According to customer requirements, the test is designed for 20A current. After the test is completed with successful result, the product is marked by a thermo "stamp". Tester is automated. The operation staff only inserts and removes the DC engines.
